The Sanguine Trial tests your abilities and rewards you with an addition to your profession called Myster. Myster grants you the ability to use new UE spells. The spell list can be found here.

After completing the Sanguine Trial, you will be ready to find two artifacts. After finding them, you will be able to create powerful Sanguine items.
